Fitness for Moms at every stage:

We offer 3 different options for Mamas!

Burpees and Babies is an in-person class that is baby and toddler friendly! We also have hybrid options of at home & in person.

Snuggle Strength is a version of Burpees and Babies but is done completely at home on your own time when it is most convenient to you!

One on One Coaching you will work one on one with our Pregnancy & Postpartum Coach, either virtually or in person.  Each session is designed specifically for you. This is a fantastic option if working out is brand new to you or if you had a traumatic birth and/or recovery and need a program truly tailored just for you.

All programs include:

Core & pelvic floor rebuilding designed for real mom life

Movement that makes lifting, carrying and chasing a baby easier

A supportive community of moms walking the same path.

Meet Tracy

Becoming a Mom has been the most incredible yet scary journey.  After becoming pregnant with my son, even as a certified fitness coach, I quickly realized the lack of support and knowledge surrounding exercising while pregnant.  After giving birth I felt so lost in my motherhood journey.  I felt like my body and mind would never quite be the same again.  I finally forced myself to start moving with walks and felt immediate relief just moving my body.  However, the struggle became even harder when I entered the gym and tried to workout the way I did before my first pregnancy.  I quickly learned how weak my core felt and didn’t know where to begin. So once again I felt alone in the journey.  That’s when I researched everything I could and made the decision to become a certified pregnancy and postpartum fitness coach.   I then created Burpees and Babies as a place to give back my knowledge and to provide a safe space for Moms to come together, to feel less alone and to regain their strength, mentally and physically.

I later became pregnant with my daughter and followed everything I learned. I continued working out safely until I gave birth! I actually worked out the day before!! I had a simple and easy delivery with her and recovered at a speed so much greater than with my son.   Now I have expanded my classes to offer Snuggle Strength and Custom Care as additional ways to support Moms in their pregnancy and postpartum journey!
