Every class is designed so you and your child complete same movements or movement patterns – like squats, step-ups, carries, light presses. Parents use weights, kids use bodyweights or small safe objects.

Our Family Fitness coaches hold Early Childhood, Elementary and Physical Education Teaching certifications. They also hold both Adult and Youth Fitness certifications. They understand child development and strength training- so your workout is effective, and your child's movement is taught safely and correctly.
