Build Healthy Habits as a Family

A class where parents and kids move through the same workout side by side, learning, trying and building healthy habits together. Every class is designed so you and your child complete same movements or movement patterns – like squats, step-ups, carries, light presses. Parents use weights, kids use bodyweights or small safe objects.

You'll lift, push, carry, row, run and move through a true strength and conditioning class. Beginner friendly for both kids and adults.

Kids learn by watching you show up, try hard and finish strong. Training side-by-side teaches them that fitness matters, effort matters and taking care of your body is normal.

Expert Coaches Trained in Early Childhood, Physical Education and Fitness

Our Family Fitness coaches hold Early Childhood, Elementary and Physical Education Teaching certifications. They also hold both Adult and Youth Fitness certifications. They understand child development and strength training- so your workout is effective, and your child's movement is taught safely and correctly.
