Why We Incorporate Level testing into our training

We created The Red Eye Fitness Levels as a valuable tool to help each of you assess where you currently are with your fitness and where you’d like to be! These levels are meant to ignite a fire in you, to provide you with a focus, to push past mental barriers and achieve things you never thought possible!

The Levels Give you Focus

The levels serve as a valuable tool for self-assessment, allowing you to identify where you currently stand in your fitness journey. They provide a clear visual representation of your strengths and areas where you may need to focus more effort. This knowledge is crucial for creating a roadmap to success, as it enables you to pinpoint specific skills or exercises that require attention or enhancement.

The Levels Encourage Endless Growth Opportunities

It’s natural to feel a sense of intimidation or frustration with some of the movements in the levels—especially when you find yourself at Level 3 for some movements while still struggling with Level 1 for others. However, it’s important to reframe this perspective. The levels are not meant to serve as a source of discouragement; rather, they are designed to provide clarity and, more importantly, direction!

Instead of shying away from the levels that challenge you, embrace them as opportunities for growth. Acknowledge that every individual’s fitness journey is unique, and progress is not always linear. The levels allow you to see where you can improve, encouraging you to approach these challenges with a growth mindset—both mentally and physically.
